Construction Resources in Marietta, GA is seeking a Product Advisor for decorative plumbing and appliances to guide design center clients through selections with confidence, precision and a clear understanding of project scope and budget.

You will record selections in CRM, prepare estimates, collaborate with Design Center Coordinators, and deliver quotes within 48 hours of client visits while upselling complementary products to improve the client experience.

Qualifications

• Two years in decorative plumbing sales or five+ years whole home interior finish selection.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-depth consultations focused on all CR brands of decorative plumbing fixtures and appliances.
• Translate design intent and guide clients in product selections that align with project scope, budget, construction constraints and ideal performance.
• Identify opportunities to upsell within plumbing and appliances and recommend complementary products.
• Accurately record all plumbing and appliance-related selections in CRM.
• Prepare estimates and hardquotes for decorative plumbing and appliances.
• Submit complete, clearly documented selections to Outside Sales for complex quote support.
• Deliver all applicable quotes within 48 hours of the client visit.
• Partner with Design Center Coordinators to manage the client showroom journey and ensure clear handoffs between design, decorative plumbing, and appliance conversations.
• Proactively identify opportunities to upgrade selections.
• Ensure selections align with client preferences and needs.
• Reinforce the value of product selections through education and confidence-building.
• Support the broader sales team in driving conversion and delivering a high-quality client experience.

Position Summary

The Product Advisor(DecorativePlumbing & Appliances)is responsible forguidingdesign centerclients throughdecorative plumbingand appliance selectionswith confidence, precisionand a strong understanding of functional requirements and design intent. This role is critical in delivering an exceptional showroom experience, ensuringdecorativeplumbing and appliance selections arecompatible, complete, accurately documented, andinitiatingthe quote process with speed and clarity.

Product Advisors work across multiple product categories, with acore emphasis ondecorativeplumbingandappliancesand partner closely with Design Center Coordinators, Project Coordinators, and Outside Sales to drive conversion and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Product Expertise & Client Consultation

• Lead in-depth consultations focused onall CR brands ofdecorativeplumbing fixturesand appliances

• Cross FunctionalCollaboration:Clear, seamless communication with Design Center Coordinators, Project Coordinators, and Outside Sales.

• Results:Strong conversion from selection toquote,information provided to the client isaccurateand free from missing or incorrect information, and positive feedback from clients and internal partners.

Qualifications

Candidates must have aminimum of two years in decorative plumbing salesexperience orfive plus years whole home interior finish selectionexperience.
