Your insights will shape onboarding guides, in-app experiences, and customer engagement strategies. Working cross-functionally, you'll transform data into action, optimizing how users interact with our platform.

What You'll Do
  • User Behavior Analysis: Collect and analyze user behavior with tools such as Pendo to identify user experience gaps, inconsistencies and friction points
  • Data Driven Recommendations: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize product and marketing engagement strategies, evaluating the effectiveness to maximize impact and provide optimal results
  • Utilization Monitoring Framework: Develop and maintain a Utilization Monitoring Framework for Solution Package License Management, identifying and reporting on key metrics related to product adoption, engagement and user journey optimization that identifies gaps and implements strategies for adjustments
  • Data Reporting and Communication: Create comprehensive reports and dashboards focused on user behavior, product engagement and licensing utilization, communicating insights to cross-functional teams such as product, marketing and onboarding to guide and refine engagement and utilization campaigns
  • Continuous Improvement and Feedback: Monitor customer feedback and usage patterns to continuously refine the product experiences, providing data informed feedback to product development teams and ensuring decisions are aligned with LogicManager's brand voice and strategic goals.


About You And What Skills You'll Need
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Marketing, User Experience or related field
  • Experience: 3+ years in user behavior analysis, product analytics or similar role
  • Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights with proficiency in analytics tools such as Pendo, Google Analytics, HubSpot and BI tools. Experience with mapping user journeys, funnel analysis and engagement metrics.
  • Core Competencies: Communication and data driven storytelling, proactive and self-motivated, ability to work independently and collaboratively, a natural curiosity and eagerness to learnWork
