PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager for Omaha to continue originating while building and leading a high-performing branch. You will recruit, mentor and coach loan officers, manage branch culture and P&L, and drive production by leveraging an established referral network.

The role emphasizes owning production while the operations side is supported by processing, underwriting and back-office teams to maximize your time in client-facing production and leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). Holds Principal Lending license or can obtain where required.

Description

You're a top-producing Loan Officer. Why is your ceiling still your own pipeline?

Compensation: $80K–$220K base salary, with your starting salary set from your production history, plus commission on personal production and a branch override. Sign-on bonus available.

PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations.

This isn't a desk-manager job. You keep originating. We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.

What you'll do

You're a fit if you

• Have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Are an active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
• Have a strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Are a player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.
