PRMI is seeking a Producing Branch Manager in Moore, OK to continue origination while building and leading a branch. The role offers leadership over recruitment, coaching, and branch P&L, with robust support in processing, underwriting, and back-office operations to keep you focused on production.

You must be an active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS) with a path to a Principal Lending license and a strong local referral network; 3 years in retail origination is preferred.

Description

Compensation: $80K–$220K base salary, with your starting salary set from your production history, plus commission on personal production and a branch override. Sign-on bonus available.

PRMI is looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who wants to build a team and earn on its production, without giving up their own deals or getting stuck running operations.

This isn't a desk-manager job. You keep originating. We supply the processing, underwriting, closing and back-office support so your time goes to production, recruiting and coaching.

You're a fit if you

• Have about 3 years in retail mortgage origination with a steady track record.
• Are an active, licensed Mortgage Loan Originator (NMLS). You hold a Principal Lending license, or can get one where your state requires it.
• Have a strong referral network of real estate agents and builders.
• Are a player-coach, senior LO or team lead ready for your own branch.
