What You'll Do

The producer will Independently execute on sponsored projects and deliver assets within the scope and requirements that were set. They have a track record of managing a high volume of deliverables across a diverse set of clients.

Manage the trafficking of all video project requests to vetted video production companies, ensuring briefs were complete, budgets met requirements, and cultural / language considerations were included in partner selection.

Ensure all projects are tracked accurately and data inputs in Monday.com align with production guidelines and project details.

Conduct timely project kickoffs, ensuring all brief details are inputted and alignment is achieved across all stakeholders and approve final asset for payment.

Build project timelines and approve budgets for qualifying ad campaigns and Creative Strategy requests.

Proactively manage potential challenges during project kickoff and provide creative solutions.

Requirements

Experience and knowledge of the advertising industry

Experience managing a pipeline and heavy workload

Strong communications skills, clear and direct written and verbal communication

Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, projects and ever-changing priorities in fast-paced environment

Ability to find optimizations to process that drive faster turn-around times while upholding creative quality.

Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills -- attention to detail is crucial

Experience with project management and CRM tools (Monday.com, Salesforce)

In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
