I am seeking an established producer or co-production partner to attach to LIFTED CONCORDAT, a 110-120 page (version dependent) prestige psychological thriller and medical body-horror drama. Designed for the competitive independent market, the screenplay sits squarely in the commercial and critical space of The Skin I Live In, Saltburn, and The Killing of a Sacred Deer.

When a ruthless Cumbrian land-agent uncovers GPS logs provingtwo elite reconstructive surgeons killed a watchman on an isolated pass, he extorts them to claim a high-society marriage—only to walk into a grotesque anatomical trap that permanently grafts the dead man's face to his bones.

Set against the hostile, slate-grey architecture of the Cumbrian fells, LIFTED CONCORDAT is a hyper-linear psychological neo-noir tracking the absolute collapse of occupational prestige, pride and inherited privilege under the weight of criminal paranoia. The narrative engine ignites on a freezing mountain pass when elite reconstructive surgeons Marcus Kane and Julian Vance get into a violent roadside altercation with a local unhinged watchman, Dominic, pushing him over a ravine lip to his death. Desperate to shield their privately funded Eden Valley Clinic from a ruinous financial and criminal investigation that is implied is already underway, they hide the body in their lakeside estate's cellar. However, their concealment leaves a digital footprint: Christian, a ruthless local land-agent drowning in debts, uncovers the surgeons' hidden GPS logs and High Crag surveillance photographs.

Driven by blind vanity and a toxic obsession to claim the sophisticated, European art socialite Elena Rostova as his ultimate prize, Christian launches a brutal extortion. He demands the surgeons erase his debts and socially orchestrate a luxury marriage to Elena, using his leverage to violently escape his low-rent provincial life. Recognising that Christian's obsession with an elite façade makes him perfectly vulnerable, Marcus constructs a chilling counter-trap. He offers Christian an irresistible Faustian Bargain.

An experimental, twenty-hour full-facial reconstructive surgery that will erase his debtor identity, grant him flawless, chiselled features, and hand him Elena on a silver platter. Christian aggressively submits to their knives, entirely unaware of the true origin of the biological materials. The surgeons aren't using synthetic matrixes—they are systematically harvesting the underlying flesh of Dominic’s corpse to sculpt his new face, permanently carving their crime into his skull to destroy the blackmail evidence. To secure the transaction, they legally declare Christian dead and hijack the clean clinical record of a deceased patient: "Charles Harrison."

Christian emerges into high society as the stunning Charles Harrison, instantly conquering Elena’s world and securing his dream marriage at her luxury lake house. But his triumph triggers the final, irreversible snap of the trap.
