Are you passionate about precision and adept at navigating complex financial structures?

Join our team as a Producer Commissions Consultant II, where you'll manage and administer our producer commissions programs. Your expertise will ensure accurate and timely compensation for our producers, aligning with organizational goals and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance or financial services, focusing on commissions processing and producer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Serve as the primary contact for producers regarding commission inquiries, statements, and disputes. Build and maintain strong relationships, providing timely and accurate information, and resolving issues professionally.
  2. Oversee the administration of producer commissions, including calculating, processing, and reconciling payments. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in accordance with guidelines and agreements.
  3. Identify opportunities to streamline and optimize commission processes, implementing best practices, tools, and technologies to enhance efficiency and transparency.
  4. Maintain accurate records of agreements, transactions, and communications. Prepare and distribute reports and documentation for stakeholders.
  5. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, staying updated on changes affecting commission programs.
  6. Utilize management systems and software to automate processes, collaborating with IT and operations to maintain system functionality and data integrity.
  7. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify improvements, providing insights and recommendations to management.
  8. Understand various commission structures and work with stakeholders to implement structures aligned with business goals and regulations.
Education

- 4-year Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Experience

- 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

- This role does not have supervisory duties.

Education & Experience (in lieu)

- Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation

Annual salary ranges from $45,000 to $71,100, based on experience and qualifications.

The selected candidate will be required to undergo a background check.
