Insurance Producer - Commercial & Personal Lines

Location: Celina, TX – WFH Options

Position Type: Full-time

About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Producer to join our team in Celina, TX. This role focuses on converting warm leads into sales across both commercial and personal insurance lines. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in insurance sales and excellent relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert qualified warm leads into sales for both commercial and personal insurance products
• Develop effective sales strategies to meet and exceed production goals
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention and referrals
• Stay current on industry trends, carrier offerings, and policy changes
• Work with underwriters to negotiate competitive terms for clients
• Complete accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in commercial and personal lines insurance sales
• Current Texas Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products (BOP, workers' comp, general liability, etc.)
• Experience with personal lines insurance (auto, home, umbrella policies)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple terms
