TEGNA Inc.–owner of KFSM-TV Fayetteville–seeks an innovative Producer to shape daily newscasts across platforms. You will pitch stories, craft engaging content, and meet daily deadlines, guiding visuals, graphics and sound to inform and captivate local viewers in Fayetteville.

The role requires strong journalistic judgment, newsroom collaboration, and the ability to adapt live coverage for evolving events, while leveraging ENPS/Edius workflows and data insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in journalism, communications or related field or equivalent years of experience.
• 1–3 years of news content experience.
• Top-notch communication skills are an absolute must.
• Solid journalistic judgement and a news philosophy that emphasizes accurate, fair local content and community engagement.
• Understanding of professional journalism tenets.
• Skills in producing engaging, content-driven newscasts and digital content.
• Strong social media skills with an active news presence on platforms.
• Organizational skills and ability to work under deadlines.
• Ability to handle live, breaking news calmly.
• ENPS and Edius system experience preferred.
