Job summary

Hy-Vee Overland Park is seeking a Produce Clerk to keep the department stocked, fresh, and inviting while delivering friendly service to customers. This role supports rotations, deliveries, and customer assistance during shifts that may include nights and weekends.

No high school diploma is required; training is provided. Six months or less of related experience is acceptable, with emphasis on teamwork and reliable attendance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to follow instructions and maintain sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver friendly service in the produce department.
• Maintain fresh, well-stocked and appealing produce displays.
• Rotate stock, check in deliveries, and replenish products as needed.
• Assist customers with locating items and answer questions.
• Help with department upkeep and sanitation.
• Follow Hy-Vee dress code and store guidelines.
