The role emphasizes food safety, teamwork across departments, and flexible, active work with lifting and standing. Prior retail or food service experience is helpful but not required, and Meijer values customer-first attitudes.

Responsibilities

• Stock, rotate, and merchandise product according to standards.
• Use technology to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality procedures.
• Work across Meat, Seafood, Bakery, Deli, Produce and Grocery departments.
• Support other tasks as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
