Job summary

Sam’s Club is seeking a motivated team member to contribute to quality produce offerings, inventory accuracy, and a positive member experience. You will assist customers, stock and rotate department products, and support cross-functional teams to meet store goals.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: stay knowledgeable about products, educate other associates, assist customers, and adapt to business needs across areas while tracking goods and managing in-stock levels
• Be an Expert: understand quality standards for produce, prepare and package products, ensure product safety and sanitation, follow laws and company policies
• Be a Techie: use digital tools to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and engage associates; use handheld tech for decisions
• Be an Owner: drive area performance, manage inventory, rotate stock, ensure quality and date control, minimize waste, assist customers per policy
• Be a Talent Ambassador: promote high quality service and products, model energy and commitment for the member experience
• Complies with policies and ethics; apply Open Door Policy and business processes
• Completes tasks by using policies and data; collaborate with managers and partners; identify priorities and communicate progress
