Description

Kimberton Whole Foods is looking for a part-time Produce Stocker to join the Phoenixville team!

Schedule: Part-time, up to 24 hours per week. One weekend shift is required per week.

Shifts Available: Monday 7am-12:30pm, Wednesday 10am-2pm, Saturday 2-8:30pm

Age Requirement: Must be 18 years or older.

Hourly Pay: $16-$18/hr based on experience

Benefits: Part-time team members are eligible for a 15% store discount and a 401K with matching 3% after one year and 1000 hours worked.

Daily Operations

The Produce Stocker's primary responsibilities include:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service to all.
  2. Receiving and stocking all incoming fresh produce and related items.
  3. Rotating fresh produce on a first-in first-out basis.
  4. Collaborating with the Produce Department head to maintain accurate and up-to-date product signage throughout the department.
  5. Following the established KWF SOP for maintaining abundant, dynamic, and fresh displays.
  6. Understanding KWF inventory management practices.
Requirements
Physical Capabilities
  • Full sense range (vision, hearing, and sense of smell) for quality control and communication.
  • Lifting, gripping, and carrying objects up to 50-75 pounds frequently.
  • Stooping, squatting, and kneeling to pick up boxes from shelving and carts.
  • Walking short distances within the store.
  • Prolonged standing during shifts.
  • Ability to work in cold environments, such as coolers and freezers, handling cold products regularly.
