Brookshire Grocery Company is seeking an energetic team member for the Produce & Floral department. You will maintain product levels, ensure freshness, rotate stock, and support customers with friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include operating pallet jacks, unloading shipments, ensuring OSHA-compliant safety, and maintaining clean, sanitary displays. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork across store operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18; able to operate and clean motorized equipment.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and perform repetitive tasks for long periods.
• Able to follow safety and sanitation guidelines and store policies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full stock conditions on produce and floral displays.
• Operate pallet jack to unload shipments and load trucks.
• Ensure dated product is rotated or discarded as required.
• Inspect product quality and uphold food safety standards.
• Assist customers with questions and locate products.
• Contribute to sales through friendly, suggestive selling.
