• Stock, present, face, fill, and organize produce per department schematics.
• Ensure tag and pricing accuracy.
• Maintain wet racks with proper temperatures and cleanliness.
• Clean and sanitize work area (tables, floors, scales, cases, cooler).
• Participate in pre-inventory preparation and back stock handling.
• Maintain high level of product knowledge and preparation.
• Walk the department to keep it organized, sanitary and clean.
• Follow all safety practices and procedures.
• Other related duties as assigned.
