Job summary

The GIANT Company is seeking a team member at our Spring House, PA location to assist with daily inventory, stocking, and display maintenance. You will load pallets, stock shelves, and ensure products are current and well presented to customers.

Responsibilities include starting shifts by reviewing schedules, adhering to PPE and safety policies, and keeping work areas clean and organized. This role supports community-focused stores in the PA region.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be able to read, write, communicate, and understand in order to complete job duties and comply with safety policies.
• Must complete the company introductory (probationary) period of 60 days.
• Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements for the position.
• Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
• Must perform all job functions safely.
• Must meet the company performance standards including regular attendance.
• Must wear the proper assigned clothes and shoes for this job.
• Must have and maintain required licenses, certificates, or permits for the position.

Responsibilities

• Review the work schedule at shift start and prepare equipment and supplies.
• Follow department leadership directions and ensure PPE and food safety compliance.
• Clean and sanitize all surfaces, tools, equipment, displays, floors, and counters.
