Job summary

Middlebury Natural Foods Co-Op is seeking friendly staff for our Produce Department in Middlebury, VT. The role offers physical, fast-paced work with a focus on customer service and teamwork.

We offer a $18 per hour wage, a $500 signing bonus for external candidates, 3+ weeks paid time off, staff discount, and health insurance for full-time employees, plus optional dental and vision coverage and profit-sharing.

We are seeking dynamic and friendly staff who are hard working and able to meet our high standards for customer service. Must have excellent communication skills and also enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Seeking staff who enjoy physical work since this job is like a daily work out (our staff lift 50 pounds repeatedly).
