Job summary

Sam's Club in Longview, TX is seeking a front-line Team Member to help keep produce quality, availability and freshness to deliver great value for members. You’ll greet members, answer questions, stock and rotate items, and maintain a clean, member-ready area while supporting the club’s daily operations.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, learn product specs, and use digital tools to support inventory and sales.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Experience with produce and passion for quality produce.
• Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing work scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: know products, help educate associates, provide customer service, and assist across the club as needed.
• Be an Expert: understand produce quality specs, prep and handle products per standards, ensure sanitation and safety.
• Be a Techie: use handheld tools to drive sales and decision-making, learn new tools and support others.
• Be an Owner: drive area performance, manage inventory and dates, reduce waste, respond to customer needs.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: model high-quality service and products, energize the team.
