Formación

• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, and subtraction).
• Current food handlers permit once employed.
• Comparable Retail experience and second language are desired.

Responsabilidades

• Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service.
• Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals for the department.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment to encourage customer return.
• Enforce quality assurance standards and safety programs.
• Answer customer questions and provide product knowledge across the department and store.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise; report discrepancies to management.
• Recommend items to customers and keep produce platters/trays prepared as needed.
• Notify management of safety risks, accidents, or inventory issues.
