• Be a Team Member: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and assist across the club, helping educate others and ensuring in-stock levels.
• Be an Expert: Understand quality standards for produce and assist with sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Be a Techie: Use handheld technology to support production, training, and product quality for the member.
• Be an Owner: Drive department performance, manage inventory, rotate products and reduce waste.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: Model high service quality and support the member experience in the produce area.
• Complies with policies and procedures, follows Open Door Policy, and executes business processes.
