Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products; collaborate with cross-functional teams; educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources; communicate effectively; be flexible to business needs and work in other areas; track goods, maintain in-stock levels, and control shrinkage.
• Understand produce processes and specifications; maintain quality and sanitation; prepare products to standards; adhere to laws and company policies.
• Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; use handheld tech to make decisions; adapt to new tools and encourage others.
• Drive performance of the area using digital tools; manage inventory; ensure quality and date control; reduce waste; assist customers per policy.
• Act as a Talent Ambassador for the department and club; model high-quality service and products; show energy and passion.
