Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is hiring for a Produce Team Member in Northborough, MA. You will sort, display, remove, and replenish fresh fruits and vegetables, ensuring quality and assisting Members with product knowledge and service.

The role supports club operations and maintains a clean, organized produce area. The position requires a willingness to learn, with experience in produce preferred and knowledge of seasonal items.

Qualifications

• Experience in a produce department preferred.
• Knowledge of fruit and vegetables, including seasonal items.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to Members in the produce department.
• Inspect, rotate, and store produce to meet quality standards.
• Rotate produce on the sales floor to ensure freshness and visibility.
• Keep the displays neat, clean, and fully stocked with accurate signage.
• Assist Fresh Manager with inventory and order processing as needed.
• Maintain a safe, friendly, and cooperative work environment.
