Job summary

Responsibilities

• Model the 3A’s of Friendly: acknowledge, assist and appreciate customers.
• Promote corporate brands to customers.
• Create a welcoming environment and assist customers with product questions.
• Maintain product knowledge and respond to questions about department items.
• Assist with preparation of produce platters/trays and inform customers of specials.
• Label, stock and inventory department merchandise, and ensure accuracy.
• Review product quality and freshness and take appropriate action as needed.
• Maintain proper temperatures in cases and log temperature records.
• Report safety risks, discrepancies, and accidents to store management.
• Operate in a cooperative manner in high-paced situations.
• Follow directions and seek assistance to resolve issues.
