Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: knowledge of products, collaborate with cross functional teams, educate associates, communicate effectively, adapt to business needs, track goods, maintain in-stock levels, control shrinkage.
• Be an Expert: understand quality processes for produce, prepare products to standards, ensure product safety, follow sanitation guidelines, comply with laws and policies.

• Be an Owner: drive area performance, manage inventory, ensure quality and date control, reduce waste, assist customers per policy.

• Completes work by coordinating with managers, coworkers, customers and partners; set priorities and deadlines; learn from change.
