Sprouts Farmers Market in Ventura, CA is seeking a Produce Clerk to deliver high-quality produce presentation and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced setting. You'll stock, face, and rotate produce, ensure accurate pricing, and maintain fresh, attractive displays while helping customers make healthy choices.

Requirements include being at least 16, dependable, flexible schedule including nights and weekends, good communication, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Be at least 16 years of age.
• Be dependable with a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Have and show a mutual respect for others, maintain a high-level code of ethics within Sprouts culture of diversity, equity and inclusion.
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with customers
• Have good communication skills; and the ability to take direction and participate in a team environment
• Be able to perform repetitious activities, and can multi-task, prioritize and stay organized

Responsabilités

• Stock the Produce department; presentation of product, facing, filling, and organization as set by the Produce Department schematics and tagging/pricing accuracy.
• Rotate and properly stock merchandise in the Produce Department, including trimming and watering.
• Answer questions from customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Maintain inventory control to maximize freshness and availability.
