Job summary

Food Lion in Wilmington, NC is seeking a Produce Department team member to deliver quality customer service, maintain standards, and maximize sales in a fast-paced store environment.

You will handle ordering, receiving, preparation, conditioning and displaying of produce, unload trucks, and ensure safety and adherence to company guidelines. Training includes CBT and standard procedures.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks for the Produce Department and ensure proper receiving, preparation and displaying of merchandise.
• Understand and follow Food Safety and Workplace Safety guidelines and procedures.
• Wear the Food Lion uniform with apron and name badge when on duty.
