Responsibilities

• Be a Team Member: maintain up-to-date product knowledge, collaborate with cross-functional teams, educate associates on tools and tasks, assist customers and adapt to business needs.
• Be an Expert: understand quality specs for produce, prepare and package products per standards, uphold product safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Be a Techie: use handheld technology to support production decisions, training, and product quality with the member in mind.
• Be an Owner: drive department performance, manage inventory and rotate stocks, ensure date control and minimize waste, assist customers following policies.
• Be a Talent Ambassador: model high-quality service and products, embody energy and commitment, and support the club's member experience.
