Job summary

Jimbo’s is seeking a Produce Department Supervisor to ensure daily operations run smoothly and deliver top-notch customer service. You will supervise staff, assist with HR functions, training, and performance management while maintaining product quality and department standards.

Responsibilities include overseeing inventory, displays, and signage, while collaborating with the Produce Manager. Prior Produce experience and a Food Handler’s Certificate are required within 10 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Produce staff and perform Produce Clerk duties.
• Represent Jimbo’s in manager absence and ensure department operations run smoothly.
• Enforce store policies, monitor overtime, train new employees, and document performance.
• Assist with inventory, display changes, and department signage.
• Coordinate with Produce Manager and communicate customer feedback promptly.
