Job summary

Frog Holler Produce is seeking a Route Delivery Driver in Detroit, MI. You will safely drive a 26ft box truck to deliver produce to restaurants on pre-established routes, with a typical schedule from 6am to 3pm, 4–5 days a week and occasional 6th day.

Excellent pay and benefits, with Thursday pay and a strong team culture. Starting wage is $18.00/hour for drivers with a Chauffer's License, plus full medical/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, and a 401K with a 3% company match.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Valid Chauffer's License is required.
• Valid DOT Med Card.
• 3 months experience driving 26 ft box truck required.
• 1 year of delivery experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift 40-60 pounds and move on & off equipment regularly.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and deliver produce to restaurants in a 26ft Box Truck.
• Unload produce cases on a dolly and deliver to customer areas.
• Inspect product and invoice for accuracy and quality.
• Maintain friendly, professional interaction with customers.
• Communicate with office dispatch, customer service, and sales reps.
• Complete and organize delivery paperwork, truck inspections, and returns.
