Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a team-oriented associate to handle receiving, inventory, and related logistics at the Phoenix store. You will process deliveries, maintain backstock and cooler areas, ensure secure receiving and accurate documentation, and support team members in stocking and merchandise transfers.

The role requires 18+ years old, basic computer skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Stand and walk for extended periods of time (up to 4 hours).
• Able to lift and carry loads up to 50 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries with attention to detail and follow procedures.
• Maintain backstock area and cooler and ensure security of receiving area.
• Verify deliveries and note variances with team leader.
• Assist in stocking product and organizing the receiving area.
• Document transfers, waste, and spoilage using forms.
• Follow health, sanitation, and safety procedures at all times.
