Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during shifts.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and safe lifting techniques.
• Comfort with pushing/pulling carts weighing up to 100 pounds.
• Clear verbal and written communication with team members.
• Experience working in a fast-paced receiving or warehouse setting is a plus.
• Reliable, punctual and able to follow safety rules and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process deliveries and verify counts against invoices.
• Maintain receiving area, backstock and cooler in clean, organized condition.
• Record transfers, waste, and variances using standard forms.
• Ensure all refrigerated items are stocked or stored properly.
• Communicate with team regarding deliveries, shortages, and delays.
• Follow health and safety procedures and use equipment safely.
