Responsibilities

• Lead and support during primetime hours for sales and customer experience.
• Partner with store and department leaders to build a high-performance culture.
• Communicate information to associates clearly and promptly.
• Set department goals and empower the team to meet targets.
• Ensure orders, backstock, and replenishment are timely and accurate.
• Train associates and participate in performance appraisals.
• Create welcoming environment and assist customers with product questions.
• Inform customers of specials and offer product samples when appropriate.
• Maintain merchandising standards and inspect product quality.
• Plan promotions with store management and educate staff on promos.
• Ensure in-stock behavior and CAO processes are followed daily.
• Maintain temperature logs and proper backroom organization.
• Enforce safety programs and report hazards or incidents promptly.
• Adhere to laws and company guidelines; perform essential duties.
