Responsibilities

• Cuts fruits and vegetables following safety and sanitation rules.
• Ensures product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Maintains sampling program.
• Cleans department and logs sweep findings.
• Arrives on time; attends trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling where appropriate.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows health, sanitation, and safety procedures.
• Maintains clean, safe working/shopping environment and equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; checks pricing signs.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Fulfills other duties as assigned by leadership.
