Responsibilities

• Inspect, grade, and sort raw vegetables for processing.
• Examine, classify, and separate produce on conveyor by grade, color, and size.
• Discard inferior items and foreign material.
• Notify supervisor when glass, rocks, or animals are found.
• May trim product with a knife or paring tool.
• Maintain a clean work area and wear PPE.
• Follow safety guidelines and prepare cases for packing.
• Stack cases onto pallets as directed.
