Responsibilities

• Cuts fruits and vegetables, following safety and sanitation rules.
• Ensures product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Maintains sampling program.
• Cleans department continuously and maintains sweep logs.
• Arrives on time, groomed, dressed and ready to work; attends shifts and trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service, addresses needs promptly and uses suggestive selling.
• Maximizes sales through proper prepping, storing, rotating, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follows procedures including Weights and Measures, health and sanitation, safe work practices.
• Maintains clean and sanitary environment; cares for equipment according to standards.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; ensures pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations immediately.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
