Responsibilities

• Cuts fruits and vegetables following safety rules.
• Ensures product meets WFM quality and prep guidelines.
• Maintains sampling program.
• Cleans department and logs cleanliness sweeps.
• Arrives on time, groomed and ready to work; attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Maximizes sales through proper prep, storage, rotation and merchandising.
• Follows procedures including health and sanitation rules.
• Maintains clean and safe working/shopping environment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties with pricing accuracy.
• Reports safety hazards and violations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
