Responsibilities

• Cuts fruits and vegetables following safety and sanitation rules.
• Ensures product meets WFM guidelines for quality and preparation.
• Maintains sampling program and keeps area clean.
• Cleans department and logs sweep activities.
• Arrives on time and attends trainings.
• Provides excellent customer service and uses suggestive selling techniques.
• Stocking, rotating, and merchandising products to maximize sales.
• Follows procedures including health and safety and Weights and Measures.
• Maintains clean, safe work environment and equipment.
• Performs opening, mid, and closing duties; checks signs and pricing.
• Reports safety hazards and violations promptly.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
