Qualifications

• Retail leadership experience with team supervision.
• Food safety certification; willing to certify within 6 months.
• Strong merchandising, pricing, and inventory management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Holds ATLs, supervisors and Team Members accountable for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Builds a positive work environment of teamwork, respect and morale.
• Makes hiring and separation decisions.
• Monitors and achieves sales, purchasing, and labor targets.
• Maintains product assortment, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Establishes collaborative relationships with department leaders and vendors.
• Keeps aware of competitors and industry trends.
• Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution.
• Directs Team Members to delight customers and respond to needs.
• Trains, mentors, and counsels Team Members to minimize turnover.
• Provides timely performance evaluations.
• Communicates and models WFM vision and goals.
