Job summary

Earth Fare is hiring Team Members to support the produce department and customer service. Team Members help customers shop and ensure the department remains stocked, clean, and well merchandised.

The role emphasizes knowledge of products and dietary terms to guide shopper decisions. We value experience in retail or customer service, a helpful attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of produce and organic procedures preferred.
• Knowledge of produce industry trends, common allergies and specialized dietary terms such as gluten-free, vegan, vegetarian, etc. preferred.
• Experience working in a retail and/or customer service-oriented environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures produce department is stocked, clean, organized, rotated and merchandised.
• Catalogs invoices and maintains department stock levels.
• Maintains an attractive sales floor with merchandising guidelines, signage and pricing.
• Provides excellent product knowledge and customer service.
