Charlie's Produce in the Greater Los Angeles area is seeking a reliable Produce Merchandiser to manage merchandising at assigned stores and maximize product rotation while delivering outstanding customer service.

You will visit West Los Angeles, Manhattan Beach, and Long Beach locations, build relationships with store teams, and ensure displays meet quality standards. The role requires a flexible schedule and a valid CA driver's license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of produce merchandising experience.
• Valid California driver’s license required.
• Willing to travel up to 95% with company vehicle.
• Knowledge of showing, promoting, and selling products or services.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and processes.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs frequently.
• Ability to work without direct supervision and prioritize under pressure.
• Able to work on your feet for 8+ hours.
• Adhere to food safety protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate partnerships by visiting an assigned itinerary of retail stores to support and build relationships with produce managers, receivers, and department leads.
• Rotate product and ensure displays meet quality standards.
• Conduct weekly store price audits and assess customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal staff to resolve store-level issues.
• Professionally represent the company in interactions with customers and team members.
• Work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, and some weekends.
