Lowes Foods, LLC is seeking a Produce Department Supervisor to oversee guest service, merchandising and daily operations in the Wilmington, NC area. You will lead a team, ensure high standards of product quality and safety, and drive department performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure polite, friendly service from the produce department staff.
• Achieve budgeted sales and profits for the produce department.
• Maintain inventory levels and supplies.
• Operate department according to merchandising and operational guidelines.
• Ensure product quality meets company standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety standards throughout the department.
• Provide guidance, training and feedback to staff.
• Perform product prep, receiving, stocking and guest service as needed.
• Manage labor budget and scheduling for the department.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

To supervise and ensure that Lowes Foods guest service, merchandising programs, and departmental operation is maintained in the produce department.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive polite, friendly service from the produce/floral department staff.
• Achieve budgeted sales and profits for the produce/floral department.
• Maintain desired level of inventory and supplies.
• Operate the department according to merchandising and operational guidelines and programs.
• Ensure the quality of product for sale meets Lowes Foods standards.
• Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the department according to Lowes Foods standards.
• Provide guidance, orientation, training and feedback to ensure produce department hosts achieve satisfactory performance standards.
• Perform product preparation, receiving, conditioning, stocking and guest service as necessary to achieve standards.
• Maintain department’s labor budget and scheduling standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
