The Produce Department Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the produce department, ensuring a high level of product quality and customer service, and merchandising. This role involves managing inventory, training staff, and achieving sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead produce department staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations as requested.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Maintain high standards of product quality and freshness.
• Oversee the proper storage, handling, and rotation of produce items to minimize waste.

Qualifications
