Job summary

Ideal candidates will maintain safety standards, train associates, and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds is expected.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction).
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Current food handlers permit required once employed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to all laws, safety and food safety regulations and company guidelines.
• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Communicate information to associates about company, department, and job specifics.
• Establish performance goals for department and empower associates to meet targets.
