Create outstanding customer experiences through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment that encourages customer loyalty. Achieve sales and profit goals for the department, ensuring all quality assurance standards are met. Direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities within the Produce department. Support daily operations and promote the Customer 1st strategy by encouraging associates to deliver excellent service. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
