Comp Details

Starting Wage Range: $21.01 - $21.11/hour, depending on experience. Full Wage Range: $21.01 - $21.52/hour.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Provide excellent, professional customer service
• Build and maintain produce displays, rotate produce in back stock and sales floor
• Update price changes and signage
• Unload and organize incoming produce pallets
• Ensure sanitation, cleanliness, and safety standards are met
• Operate equipment according to PCC standards

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven ability to perform excellent customer service
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Availability to work various shifts including evenings and weekends
• Previous retail and produce experience preferred
• Ability to meet physical demands: standing, bending, twisting, repetitive motion, lifting 10–40 lbs
• Current Food Worker Card from Washington State Department of Health
• Must be at least 18 years old
