You will assist with packaged fruit, juices, and smoothies, and work closely with the Produce/Floral Department Manager to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• HS Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of relevant retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and address customer questions.
• Manage department inventory, product rotation, and culling for freshness.
• Maintain product signage, pricing, and country-of-origin information.
• Support the Produce Manager in maintaining margins and reducing shrink.
• Assist in inventory control and product ordering to ensure freshness and profitability.
