• Establish department performance goals and empower associates.
• Promote trust and respect among associates with a positive attitude.
• Develop scheduling to manage customer volume in the department.
• Train associates on performance and participate in appraisals.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and proper temperature logs.
• Plan and organize inventory, CAO, and stock discrepancies.
• Inform and educate about promotions and in-store events.
• Support management in budgeting, price changes, and promotions.
