• Plan and organize inventory, CAO, and price changes; maintain shelf tags.
• Train associates on performance and participate in evaluations.
• Ensure proper temperatures in cases and coolers and maintain logs.
• Follow safety procedures and report any safety risks or incidents.
• Assist management with department budgeting, expenses, and financial reporting.
