Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of management experience in retail produce.
• Ability to plan and direct business operations and solve business-related problems.
• Experience managing inventory, profit margins, and labor budgets.
• Ability to read and prepare reports and business communications.
• Clear and effective communicator with merchandising skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor others.

Responsibilities
