Responsibilities

• Ensure merchandise is presented to maximize sales and maintain stock rotation.
• Resolve customer concerns with priority on service.
• Maintain cleanliness in production prep areas, cases, tables and shelves.
• Oversee bakery product production, finishing, packaging and display in cases and on tables.
• Oversee cost landing of invoices and adjust prices to maintain gross margins.
• Supervise, train, and schedule staff as required.
